Read Terms And Conditions Carefully

1.Every Tutor must submit valid ID proof, address proof, and educational documents for verification. 2. A one-time Registration Fee of ₹500 is mandatory to join RESHIO. This fee is non-refundable. 3. Registration with RESHIO does not guarantee immediate tuition assignments. 4.Tutors must possess the required qualifications, subject knowledge, and teaching skills for the assigned tuition. 5. For every new tuition assignment, 50% of the first month's fee shall be retained by RESHIO as a placement/service charge, and 50% shall be paid to the Tutor. 6.From the second month onwards, 90% of the tuition fee shall be paid to the Tutor, while 10% shall be retained by RESHIO as a Service & Maintenance Charge. 7.Wearing the official RESHIO T-Shirt and ID Card is mandatory during all classes. 8. All registration fees, service charges, and other payments made to RESHIO are strictly non-refundable. 9.Tutors must maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and respectful behavior with students, parents, and RESHIO staff. 10.Tutors must keep all student, parent, and company information confidential. 11. If a Tutor wishes to discontinue any tuition assignment, a minimum notice period of 15 days is mandatory. The Tutor must inform both RESHIO and the Parent/Student in advance to ensure a smooth replacement process. 12. Tutors are responsible for providing a safe, ethical, and professional learning environment. 13.RESHIO reserves the right to collect feedback from students and parents regarding Tutor performance and conduct. 14.Tutors receiving repeated complaints, misconduct reports, or poor feedback may be suspended or permanently removed from RESHIO. 15. Tutors shall not misuse RESHIO's name, logo, brand identity, student database, leads, or business information. 16. Direct dealing with any student or parent introduced by RESHIO is strictly prohibited. 17. Tutors shall not accept direct payments, continue tuition privately, share personal contact details for private arrangements, or bypass RESHIO in any manner. 18. Any attempt to hide tuition details, avoid commission payments, or deprive RESHIO of its rightful service charges shall result in immediate and permanent termination from RESHIO. 19. Upon termination or blacklisting, the Tutor shall lose all RESHIO membership benefits, future tuition opportunities, and platform access. 20. RESHIO acts only as a facilitator between Tutors and Parents/Students. If a Tutor directly collaborates, contracts, or continues tuition privately with a RESHIO-provided student or parent, such arrangements shall be entirely outside RESHIO's responsibility, and RESHIO shall bear no liability, obligation, or involvement whatsoever.
