1.RESHIO acts as an educational service provider and facilitator to help Parents/Students find suitable Tutors based on their requirements. 2. One demo class may be provided before final Tutor confirmation. The Parent/Student must inform RESHIO of their decision after the demo. 3. Upon confirmation of a Tutor, the first month's tuition fee must be paid in advance to RESHIO. Future payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. 4. RESHIO charges a service and maintenance fee from Tutors for providing verified tuition opportunities, support, and management services. Parents/Students are therefore requested not to bypass RESHIO or encourage direct arrangements with Tutors. 5.Parents/Students shall not make direct payments, private arrangements, or direct collaborations with any Tutor introduced through RESHIO without prior written approval from the company. 6.If tuition is discontinued before completion of a month, payment for all classes already conducted by the Tutor shall remain payable. 7.RESHIO will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable Tutors but does not guarantee specific academic results, marks, grades, admissions, ranks, or examination success. 8. In case of a genuine issue regarding a Tutor's performance or availability, RESHIO may facilitate a replacement Tutor subject to availability. 9.Parents/Students must provide a safe, respectful, and suitable learning environment for Tutors and maintain professional behavior at all times. 10.At least one responsible adult should be present at home during tuition sessions whenever possible. 11. RESHIO shall not be responsible for personal disputes, misunderstandings, losses, damages, thefts, or conflicts arising between Parents/Students and Tutors. 12. All registration fees, advance fees, service charges, processing fees, and other payments made to RESHIO shall be non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the company. 13.Parents/Students must provide at least 15 days' prior notice before discontinuing tuition services. 14. Parents/Students shall not misuse, share, distribute, or disclose Tutor information, personal details, or RESHIO business information without authorization. 15. Direct hiring, private collaboration, fee settlement, or continuation of tuition with any Tutor introduced by RESHIO without company approval is strictly prohibited. 16. If a Parent/Student bypasses RESHIO, directly contacts a Tutor for private arrangements, or attempts to deprive RESHIO of its rightful service charges, any advance payment or fees paid to RESHIO shall remain non-refundable. 17. Any Parent/Student found engaging in direct dealings with a RESHIO Tutor may be permanently restricted from all present and future RESHIO services. 18. In such cases, RESHIO reserves the right to refuse future Tutor placements, replacements, support services, course access, or any other educational services offered by the company. 19. If a Parent/Student directly collaborates with or continues tuition privately with a Tutor introduced by RESHIO, RESHIO shall bear no responsibility, liability, obligation, or involvement in such arrangements. 20. RESHIO reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using RESHIO services, the Parent/Student agrees to comply with all company policies and Terms & Conditions.
